2019 Hawai‘i – Pacific Evaluation Association H-PEA Conference on Friday, Sept. 20, 2019

This yearʻs conference will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Nicole Brown, who has served as the American Evaluation Associationʻs Chair for Indigenous Peoples in Evaluation, along with demonstrations, round tables, paper presentations, symposiums, and a poster session. This year the Hawai'i -- Pacific Evaluation Association is partnering with the Hawai'iʻs affiliate of the Center for Culturally Responsive Education (CREA-Hawai'i) to launch the CREA Strand. The CREA strand consist of three symposiums:
Symposium 1 -- Kūkulu Kumuhana
Symposium 2 -- An Aloha-Based framework for Culturally-Responsive Evaluation in Hawaiian Contexts
Symposium 3 -- An Evaluation of two 'āina-based programs using culturally-responsive lenses.
